ok, so i know that my talking about looking for jobs is becoming a boring topic so this is the last time i will have anything to say about it.
if you read this regularly then you will know that i had been applying for jobs all summer until i recently got one but the sort of interesting thing is that almost as soon as i confirmed to this company that i would accept their offer, another company came in and asked me to come for an interview. i had waited for months and months without hearing anything and then two came along at once. if i was a retarded tv reporter or tabloid journalist i would say that it is like buses or something but fortunately i am not. it means that you get my weak parodies instead of poor observational humour and that is slightly better, i think.
anyway, i had a lot of options as to what i was going to do about this other interview since i did not need to go to it. obviously, i could have just told them that i had already got another job or maybe sent them an email just saying too late, hot plate or something but i thought that it would probably be more interesting to go to the interview anyway and just mess around. it would be an act of interview terrorism but without the stupid religion stuff because it is the goddamn twentyfirst century now.
sorry, that was almost political or sociological or something. ok, so i was trying to come up with something more interesting to do in the interview other than just scratching myself all the time or pretending to be addicted to the internet but i am not very imaginative when it comes to subversion so i just cancelled the whole thing and sat around the house scratching myself and looking at the internet instead.
